周兴和小时候，曾读到过一个古老的传说，叫做《狼拜月神》。这个故事告诉人们，在月圆的夜晚，对着月亮虔诚地祈祷，如果你能够唤醒月神，就能实现你心中的愿望。

小时候的周兴和，他读完这个故事，总是百思不得其解：为什么孤傲而自尊的狼，它怎么会在草原上去拜求月神呢？书上说，狼拜月神，是因为它眼中还残留着一个愿望；书上还说，狼拜月亮，是因为它心中还有属于自己的理想。其实，古往今来，人们都还没能正确地认识和评价狼这个物种。人们只知道，狼在黢黑的雨夜里，它肆无忌惮，它桀骜不驯，它藐视群雄。可谁知道，即使是在草长莺飞的草原，在苍穹浩渺星罗棋布的夜晚，狼却是没有资格停留下来去欣赏那美丽夜景的。它来到这个世界，终其一生都在为生存而搏斗，都在为果腹而拼命。它习惯了颠沛流离，习惯了风霜雨雪，习惯了弓箭陷阱，但它从不去埋怨天地神灵，它也不臣服于任何王者猛兽，它顽强地生存着奔跑着，延续着上苍赋予它们的生命。

The book said that the wolf worshiped the Moon God because it still had a wish in it heart; The book also said that the wolf worshiped the Moon God, because it had dreams in mind. In fact, throughout the ages, people have not been able to correctly understand and evaluate the wolf. People only know that the wolf in the dark rainy night, it is unbridled and defiant, and despises others. But who knows, even in the grassland, in the starry night, the wolf is not qualified to enjoy the beautiful night scenery. It comes to this world, struggles for survival all its life, and runs desperately for food. It is used to moving from place to place, accustomed to the wind, rain, snow, trap, bow and arrow, but it never complains about the gods of heaven and earth, nor does it submit to any beast; it doggedly exists and runs, continuing the life given to them by god.
那时，小兴和在想，当狼虔诚地对着月亮拜求，它那眼神是凄迷的还是坚定的？它仰天长啸，那啸声会是悲切的还是高亢的呢？狼眼中还残留一个愿望，它的愿望到底是什么？狼心中还有一个理想，它的理想又会是什么呢？没有人知道。这个传说只是讲述了狼拜月神这件事情，只是知道狼想用一颗虔诚的心，去感动月神，去实现其心中的愿望和理想罢了。

This legend only told the wolf worshiped the Moon God, just the wolf wanted to use its devout heart to move the Moon God, to achieve the wishes and dreams in heart.
江风依然飒飒，江浪依然汩汩。

夜更深了，涪江两岸房屋里的灯光渐次熄灭了。买来的专利看来似乎并不成功，妻子的埋怨自有她的理由。失败或许在周兴和的意料之外，或许也在他的意料之中，但它失败的原因是什么呢？冷静下来的周兴和分析到：一是这专利还不能说它是冒牌的水货，但它致命的弱点是不能做到因地制宜，在淮南为橘，但在淮北却为枳；二是原材料成本太高，产品生产出来后，由于价格问题而影响了市场，所以问津的人少，即使卖出去，自己也无利可图，更谈不上在市场上大面积推广了。

首当其冲的是，要降低原材料的成本，要生产出受市场欢迎价廉物美的产品。那么，什么原材料成本最低呢？夜风吹拂着，撩起了他的头发和衣衫。从小生活在农村，曾做过让他家茅草棚变成高楼大厦美梦的他，突然灵光一闪，首先跳进他脑际的就是那漫山遍野被农民废弃了的秸秆！
First of all, it shall reduce the cost of raw materials, and produce the products popular in the market at a low price. So, which raw materials cost the least? The night wind blew, lifting his hair and clothes. Since childhood, he lived in the countryside, and had made a dream of turning the thatched shed into a high-rise; suddenly, the first thing that jumped into his mind was the straw abandoned by farmers in the fields and hills!
秸秆，这种再生资源，只要人要吃饭，就必须生产粮食，生产粮食必然产生大量的秸秆，如果用秸秆做建筑的原材料，那不但可以变废为宝，而且是取之不尽用之不完的资源啊！同时，还可以减轻农民负担，让农民的废物产生一定的经济效益，减少对环境的污染——这，是百利而无一害的好事啊！
Straw is a renewable resource; as long as people want to eat, they must plant food, and the production of rice is bound to produce a large number of straws. If using the straw as the raw material for construction, it can not only turn waste into treasure, but also inexhaustibly! Meanwhile, it can also reduce the burden of farmers, so that the farmers’ waste shall produce certain economic benefits, and reduce the pollution to the environment - this is a good thing without a little bit harm!
可，这行吗？用秸秆作为建筑材料，据说曾有人尝试过，但都以失败告终。而今对他来说，这也是完全没有先例可循的事呀——可，就是因为没有先例可循，那搞出来就是自己发明的专利呀！当然周兴和也知道，前一两年，有人试图以秸秆做餐盒、水杯，用以替代泡沫餐盒和水杯，以减轻白色污染，但最终失败。其原因一是粘合剂必然涉及化学物质,作为食品容器有着严格的限制；二是秸秆中残留的化肥农药是无法彻底清除的；三是做出来的产品色泽土黄，消费者心理上不能接受。但，如果用秸秆作为建筑材料，那情形就完全不同，他们的用途有着本质的区别，这几种缺陷完全都可以忽略不计。

一阵江风吹来，在北京博览会上，那家美国公司用4000万元人民币买走一项专利的情形，倏地浮现在周兴和的脑海里。对，这辈子，总是走别人走过的路，就只能永远望着前人的背影兴叹；总是嚼别人嚼过的冷馒头，就永远只能像个乞丐，靠着别人的施舍过日子，别说永远也翻不过身来，就是维持自己的生计也困难哪！而反之，只要拥有自己的发明专利，只要拥有自主知识产权的产品，做到“人无我有、人有我精、人精我优、人优我廉、人廉我转“，这样，何愁自己的产品没有销路，何愁在经济上不能翻身呢！

想到这里，周兴和忍不住打了个激灵：蔡伦发明了造纸术，瓦特发明了蒸汽机，爱迪生发明了电灯，莱特兄弟发明了飞机，他们为人类做出了多大的贡献啊！他们的发明创造，那价值可不是能用百亿千亿的金钱来计算的呀！他为自己突发的灵感而兴奋，更为自己的想法而狂喜！

夜，更深了。只有微凉的河风习习吹来，只有河滩上石缝里的夏蛩在唧唧鸣叫。周兴和想到这里，他突然强烈地想抽烟，可他摸了摸身上，却是空空如也。原先他是抽烟的，可由于经济条件限制，他一咬牙就戒了，从此再没抽过一支。他无奈地站了起来，抱着双臂，慢慢在河滩上走着，默默地想着想不完的心事。

谁说发明创造只能是科学家的专利？谁说要具备哪种文化程度的人才能搞创造发明？周兴和蓦地想起小学时学过的一篇课文，叫住《铁棒磨成针》——既然一位老太太都能蘸着水在石头上把铁棒磨成绣花针，那么，天底下还有什么事情不是人干出来的呢？
