1.下载解压maven

2.配置全局路劲

MAVEN_HOME => D:\sxwang\app\apache-maven-3.8.1
PATH=%MAVEN_HOME%\bin

3.修改maven设置（cnf.settings）

修改默认maven仓库

4.通过maven管理jar包

在maven项目的pom.xml中添加第三方jar包
第三方jar包网址：https://mvnrepository.com/
搜索到需要的jar包后，把<dependency> </dependency>放入<dependencies> </dependencies>
