There is no doubt that Google is a very very famous company in the world that no one don’t know it. In this article, I want to talk something about what I learn from Google.

I read a article about Google named ‘Ten years in: How Google raced ahead’ on my English electronic learning material and then I watched a English vedio about the introduction of Google. Later, I had to say, Google is really a great company and its success is inevitable.

There is an important idea Google use and I agree it. Google gives its staff many free time to do what they are interested in. It also creats a wonderful physical environment for its staff, where people are provided free foods, free coffee and ‘play area’. People can do what they want to do to relax. The Googleplex, the corporate headquarters complex of Google doesn’t like a place where people work like other companies. It’s more like a place of entertainment. I love it.

I like the idea of Google instead of forcing people to do something like other companies do. If you force a man to do something, maybe he will hate you even do it badly. And if you give this man enough freedom to do what he likes, he will like you and even do it better. That’s only my opinion. Google reminds me of my senior time. Teather gave us too many impossible tasks to complete and told us what should we do at what time. It made me tired and not much help. So I screwed up my courage and went to talk with my teather. I said to her that I want to control my time by myself and I don’t want to do some homework. She agreed and then I study by myself. I went to library or the corridor to study during the group study. I learned some important knowledge points at the time when I should be doing my homework. After a period of time, my grades have improved significantly.

So, do what you love to do, maybe you will be the man who change the world. Don’t say you have no time to do. Please set apart some of you time for what you love, you will not regret it.
