為了專心學習,也就是上宇宙公民高效閱讀的課程,我已經好久沒有認真運動了。但現在課程已經告一段落了,我已經沒有理由去推遲運動這件事情。
因此在家人的邀約與支持下,我決定從今天開始好好的看重「減重」這件事情,為了健康也為了瘦身,今天我卯足了勁開始參加來自大兒子Micah 的體能訓練!
micah從事運動健身已有多年,對健身這件事情他非常的專業,因此今天除了在健身房學得拉筋、練背之外,也在戶外做了一些體能訓練,之後我們甚至還ㄧ起爬山健行。下定決心、全力以赴,三個月後希望能夠減個10公斤下來 !
PS:有趣的是,在登山健行回程的途中居然遇到兩隻擋道的黑熊,這些過程都被我拍攝下來了!真是有意思的一天,感恩所有遇見的美好。
In order to concentrate on learning, that is, the course of efficient reading by cosmic citizens, I haven't exercised seriously for a long time. But now that the course is over, I have no reason to postpone the exercise.
Therefore, with the invitation and support of my family, I decided to start to value the issue of "weight loss" from today. For the sake of health and weight loss, today I started to participate in physical training from my eldest son Micah!
Micah has been engaged in sports and fitness for many years. He is very professional in fitness. Therefore, in addition to learning to stretch and practice back in the gym, I also did some physical training outdoors. Afterwards, we even started mountain climbing. . Make up your mind and go all out. I hope to lose 10 kilograms in three months!
PS: Interestingly, I actually encountered two black bears in the way on the way back on the mountain hiking trip. These processes were filmed by me! What an interesting day, Very thankful for all the good things I met.
