1、一般我们会直接使用Excutors创建线程池:

1.workQueue:被提交但未执行的任务队列,由于其类型为BlockingQueue<Runnable>接口 ,限定了只能放Runnable类型。又因为它有这么多子类,因此可以使用不同的实现类,完成不同的策略。
2.threadFactory:线程工厂,用户创建线程,一般默认就好。

3.拒绝策略:当线程池中线程用完,并且等待队列也已经满了,就会执行拒绝策略。
