升级到Xcode8.3.2之后，打包提示

xcrun: error: unable to find utility "PackageApplication", not a developer tool or in PATH

原因是新版的Xcode里少了"PackageApplication"

解决方法：

1. 拷贝一个 "PackageApplication"到Xcode的 目录下：

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/usr/bin

2. 分别执行如下命令

sudo xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/

chmod +x /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/usr/bin/PackageApplication
