• Instead of saying "If the work is instant they may be couldn't finished in time" rather say "<b>If the work needs to be done immediately they might not finish in time</b>"
• Also instead of saying "Maybe there are some people that want to be fire" rather say "<b>Maybe there are some people that might be fired</b>"
