Nowadays,we become more concerned about our health, so we are more concious about the food we eat. In order to know how to have a balanced diet, we are trying our best. First , we surf the internet about the health food. Then, we find that different people need different diet. As a result , we consult some nutrinists about the diet. When we know what we need, we spend more time preparing the diet everyday than before.
