Is it still a man's world in workplace?
Not really, gone are the days where men rule the workplace. Now, they based it on your abilities, your gender doesn't matter as long as you have the relevant ability required for the position.
Despite the gender equality nowadays, we can't deny that there are some special position which they prefer man because they are more suitable like worker or electrical engineer and construction etc.
In 21st century, people are more open minded, they hire people if they think they can do the job not because they're men.
So guys, please try your best to learn the things that you really want and to enhance your ability for this and don't think too much whether a company will hire you or not.
