1.Your mind does exactly,specifically what it thinks you want it to do.
告诉你的大脑你渴望的、具体的指令/愿望是什么。
(大脑是一个察言观色和执行力都超强的“下属”,不折不扣地完成你交办的任务。强烈、清晰、具体的任务可以提高它完成的效率,用“smart”原则具体化目标任务)
(1)It always does what it thinks is in your very best interest.
(大脑是一个出色的“战略家”,它能够“两利相权取其重,两害相权取其轻”。当你有意或者无意地把一个事情当做“非常痛苦”以及“很不愿意去做”的差事时,大脑会想方设法让你远离它,包括怂恿你去拖延、半途而废、做事漫不经心,甚至制造生理和心理的不适,为你提供让你“心安理得”的“借口”去逃避。)
(2)Your mind listens all the time to your language. It works out what you’re doing and feeling by the words you are using.
(包含你的那些起心动念,以及你已经进行心理暗示但自己尚未察觉的信息)
(3)If you haven’t got what you want,but you have got behaviors you don’t want,you are not collaboration properly with your mind.
(很多时候你最终没能得到你真正想要的,是因为过程中你给大脑传递了其他信息,大脑只是全程按照你的意思执行罢了。)
2.Your mind is hardwired to move you towards pleasure and away from pain.
把达成目标的过程与强烈的快乐感相连接,把停滞不前与痛苦相联系。
(1)If you link something to pain,you might never “touch” it again. If you know you need to do something
for your own good,try to link it with “pleasure”.
(利用这个机制,改变链接的意义,做成你想要做的事情)
(2)You can choose every day what is pain and pleasure.
(大脑是一个忠心耿耿的“守卫者”,让你趋利避害)
3.The way you feel about everything all the time is only down to 2 things:
(1)The pictures you make in your head;
(2)The words you say to yourself.
改变大脑的画面和语言。
(给自己一张清晰的“人生蓝图”,经常让画面栩栩如生;用积极正面的词语替换你词汇表中消极负面的词语)
Your body doesn’t care if what you tell it is right or wrong,good or bad,helpful or unhelpful,it respond only to those words and images.
(你真实的想法即为对大脑唯一的指令,无关对错,不问好坏。)
4.Your mind loves what is familiar.
把熟悉的变为陌生,把陌生的变得熟悉。
(1)It is programmed to keep going over and over again of what is familiar.
(大脑是一个“怀旧者”,只喜欢他熟悉的东西;大脑也是一个“冰雪美人”,要得到她的青睐,做好“万事开头难”的心理准备,并通过刻意练习,耐心地把陌生变为熟悉,才能赢得它的“芳心”)
(2)If you want to succeed at any level,you have got to make what is unfamiliar familiar,you have got to make what is unfamiliar familiar and what is familiar unfamiliar
(“make unfamiliar familiar”培养良好的习惯;“make familiar unfamiliar”剔除不好的习惯)
四、我对这个ted的点评
1.用科学视角从大脑心理学的角度解释了“一切唯心造”和“心想事成”的原理。
2.对我们大脑以及我们自己的认知很有价值。
