Note: This is an extension of House Robber.
After robbing those houses on that street, the thief has found himself a new place for his thievery so that he will not get too much attention. This time, all houses at this place are arranged in a circle. That means the first house is the neighbor of the last one. Meanwhile, the security system for these houses remain the same as for those in the previous street.
Given a list of non-negative integers representing the amount of money of each house, determine the maximum amount of money you can rob tonight without alerting the police.

类似于之前的House Robber,唯一的区别在于房屋排列是环形的,而非线性,这样头和尾的房屋是不能同时被偷窃的。因此在原有的基础上增加一个状态,即第一间房屋是否被偷窃。
采用两位二进制数表示偷窃到第i家时的状态,高位表示是否在第1家偷窃,低位表示是否在第i家偷窃。比如:

- 应特别注意的是,最后一家只能有状态

。 - 同时,应特殊处理只有1家的情况,此时
