这是一首传世之作，是法国作曲家Joseph Kosma（1905-1969）在1945年创作的香颂，原曲名是Les Feuilles Mortes（意为 the dead leaves）。该曲的词作者是剧作家Jacques Prévert，他们二人合作出很多首歌曲，此乃其中之一。该曲后由Johnny Mercer翻译为英文，并取名Autumn Leaves。此曲因其旋律歌词意境幽美而被广泛流传，众多爵士乐手争相在自己的音乐会和录音专辑里重新演绎它，至今已成为爵士乐的标准曲目。
