大家好，我是XX，今天想跟大家讲一讲中国的航天英雄聂海胜。

1956年，中国航天事业刚刚起步，在最艰难的时刻，老一代航天人自力更生，不畏艰难，创造了“两弹一星”的奇迹。

近年来，我国的航天事业捷报频传，航天科技取得一系列重大成就。卫星导航方面，2020年6月，北斗卫星导航系统最后一颗卫星成功升空。北斗系统，历时26年研发，经历了北斗一号、二号、三号三代系统，共计发射了59颗卫星，最终完成全部组网星座发射任务，正式建成。探月工程方面，2020年11月，探月工程嫦娥五号探测器发射成功，开启中国首次地外天体采样返回之旅，顺利完成我国探月工程“绕、落、回”三步走的最后一步。

今年，载人航天方面取得巨大进展，神舟十二号成功完成空间站阶段的首次载人航天任务。2021年6月17日到9月16日聂海胜、刘伯明、汤洪波3名航天员在空间站停留了三个月，并完成了两次出舱活动。

聂海胜1964年出生于湖北的一个小村庄里。儿时生活贫困，父母常常为区区几元钱的学费犯愁，只好东挪西借，有时代替学费交到老师手中的竟是一只兔子。 聂海胜姐弟六人，他排老六。父母靠种田维持生计，家大口阔，生活拮据。小时候，粮食不够吃，印象里最多能搜捡到的就是红薯面做的黑窝子、杂面饼，萝卜干、咸菜、大酱是家中餐桌上的主菜，因此直到现在聂海胜一闻到大酱味就犯恶心。

聂海胜对待学习，自觉而刻苦。尽管没钱买学习资料，但课本上的内容，在哪页哪个位置，他都清清楚楚。读小学时他经常穿着姐姐的旧布衫，打着赤脚，但学习很刻苦，特别是数学成绩好，经常考满分。初中毕业考试，聂海胜考上了县重点高中。那个假期，他搬木材、下地干活，挣出了上高中的学费。了解到他的家庭困难，为他补助了救济金。每次放假，他还去十几里外的堂兄家帮着搬木材、装茶叶、下地干活，一个假期下来能挣十几块钱。就这样，他靠自己的双手挣出了上高中的学费。

1983年高中毕业时，正赶上空军招飞，聂海胜抱着试试看的想法报了名，没想到各项考核和体检全都顺利过关，当年6月考入于空军长春飞行学院（现空军航空大学），在安全飞行1480小时，他成了空军特级飞行员。

1998年1月，聂海胜正式成为中国首批航天员。当年3月起，经过层层筛选的首批14名航天员开始训练，在四年内完成基础理论、体质、心理、航天环境耐力与适应性、航天专业技术、救生与生存等八大类上百个科目的艰苦训练，对航天员的生理和心理都提出了极限挑战。

聂海胜回忆说，在理论学习时，自己有些吃力。离开校园10多年的他，像备战高考一样，没日没夜地学，家里成了他的学习室，从客厅到卧室到处堆满了学习资料，甚至连墙上都贴满了背记的纸条。

2003年9月，入选神舟五号飞行任务备份航天员。2005年10月，执行神舟六号飞行任务，同年11月被中共中央、国务院、中央军委授予“英雄航天员”荣誉称号，并获“航天功勋奖章”。2008年5月，入选神舟七号飞行任务备份航天员。2012年3月，入选神舟九号飞行任务备份航天员。2013年6月，执行神舟十号飞行任务，担任指令长，同年7月，被中共中央、国务院、中央军委授予“二级航天功勋奖章”。2019年12月入选神舟十二号飞行任务乘组，担任指令长。截至北京时间2021年9月6日，聂海胜成为首位在轨100天的中国航天员。

非常令我敬佩的是，聂海胜在54岁的时候决定在上海交大攻读博士学位，将持续学习、终身学习做到了极致。

2020年12月，聂海胜获得上海交通大学航空航天学院博士学位。聂海胜校友说道：“通过在交大的求学生涯，自己实现了从专业型、实践型航天员，向研究型、学术型航天员的转变。”他表示，未来更加有信心、有底气去迎接祖国交付的任务，包括中国空间站建设任务。

聂海胜的故事深深激励了我，我将以他为榜样，顺应时代需求，积极接受祖国的挑选，并始终保持脚踏实地、执着向前的精气神，披荆斩棘、顽强拼搏，笃定前行，去拥抱属于自己的梦想与成就。

In recent years, China's space industry has made a series of great achievements in space science and technology. In satellite navigation, the last satellite of the Beidou Navigation Satellite System was successfully launched in June 2020. The Beidou System, which took 26 years of research and development, has experienced three generations of Beidou systems, namely THE First, second and third systems. A total of 59 satellites have been launched, and all the network constellation missions have been completed. In November 2020, the Chang 'e-5 lunar probe was successfully launched, starting China's first trip of sampling extraterrestrial objects and successfully completing the last step of the three-step "orbit, landing and return" of China's lunar exploration program.

This year, great progress has been made in manned space flight. Shenzhou XII successfully completed the first manned space mission in the space station phase. Three astronauts, Nie Haisheng, Liu Boming and Tang Hongbo, stayed in the space station for three months and completed two extravehicle activities from June 17 to September 16, 2021.

Nie haisheng was born in 1964 in a small village in Hubei Province. When I was a child living in poverty, my parents often worried about the tuition fees of just a few yuan, so they had to borrow money from each other. Sometimes, instead of tuition fees, they handed over a rabbit to the teacher. There were six nie haisheng siblings, and he was the sixth. Parents rely on farming to make a living, home wide, living in a tight budget. When Nie was a child, there was not enough food to eat. In his mind, the most he could find were black dumplings made of sweet potato noodles and mixed flour cakes. Dried radish, pickles and soy sauce were the main dishes on the dinner table at home.

Nie Haisheng treats study consciously and assiduously. Although he had no money to buy study materials, he knew exactly what was on the page and where. When he was in primary school, he often wore his sister's old cloth shirt and was barefoot, but he studied very hard, especially in mathematics, and often got full marks. Junior high school graduation examination, Nie Haisheng was admitted to the county key high school. That vacation, he moved lumber and worked in the fields to earn his way through high school. Aware of his family difficulties, they subsidized his welfare. Every holiday, he also went to more than ten miles away to help move wood, tea, land work, a holiday down to earn more than ten dollars. In this way, he earned his high school tuition with his own hands.

When nie graduated from high school in 1983, he was recruited by the Air Force, so he applied for the job with the idea of trying it out. Unexpectedly, he passed all examinations and physical examination successfully, and was admitted to changchun Flight Academy of the Air Force (now Aviation University of the Air Force) in June of that year. After 1480 safe flying hours, nie became a special class pilot of the Air Force.

Nie haisheng became one of China's first astronauts in January 1998. In March of that year, the first batch of 14 astronauts, after layers of screening, began training. Within four years, they completed the arduous training of more than 100 subjects in eight categories, including basic theory, physical fitness, psychology, endurance and adaptability to space environment, space professional technology, and life saving and survival, posing extreme challenges to both physical and psychological conditions of the astronauts.

Nie haisheng recalled that he struggled with his theoretical study. After leaving the campus for more than 10 years, he studied day and night just like preparing for the college entrance examination. His home became his study room. From the living room to the bedroom, there were piles of study materials everywhere, and even the walls were covered with memorized notes.

In September 2003, he was selected as the backup astronaut of Shenzhou V mission. In October 2005, he carried out the Shenzhou VI mission. In November of the same year, he was awarded the honorary title of "Hero Astronaut" by the CPC Central Committee, The State Council and the Central Military Commission, and was awarded the "Space Meritorious Medal". In May 2008, he was selected as a backup astronaut of Shenzhou vii mission. In March 2012, he was selected as a backup astronaut for the Shenzhou-9 mission. In June 2013, he carried out the Shenzhou 10 flight mission and served as the commanding officer. In July 2013, he was awarded the "Second-class Space Medal" by the CPC Central Committee, The State Council and the Central Military Commission. In December 2019, he was selected as the commander of the Shenzhou XII Flight Mission Crew. As of September 6, 2021, Beijing time, Nie haisheng has become the first Chinese astronaut to spend 100 days in orbit.

To my great admiration, Nie Haisheng decided to pursue a doctoral degree in Shanghai Jiao Tong University at the age of 54, achieving the ultimate in continuous learning and lifelong learning.

Nie received his doctorate from the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in December 2020. Nie haisheng said, "Through studying in Jiaotong University, I realized the transformation from a professional and practical astronaut to a research and academic astronaut." He said he is more confident and confident to meet the tasks delivered by the motherland in the future, including the construction of China's space station.

Nie haisheng's story deeply inspired me. I will follow his example, adapt to the needs of The Times, and actively accept the selection of the motherland.
