ActivityThread类

这就是我们常说的UI Thread,也就是UI主线程。在主线程种能够直接使用Handler进行异步通信,这是由于主线程ActivityThread中已经创建了Looper。如果其他线程想要使用Handler进行通信,就必须要自己创建Looper。

【源码分析】:ActivityThread类中的main方法

清晰可见,这个main方法才是App启动的源头,而并非源自Activity的onCreate方法:

  • Looper.prepareMainLooper(); //准备主线程Looper

  • ActivityThread thread = new ActivityThread(); //创建UI主线程

  • Looper.loop(); //让主线程Looper进行轮询。

  • thread.attach(false); //在attach方法中会完成Application对象的初始化,然后调用Application的onCreate()方法

【源码分析】:会执行attach方法中的这一句:mgr.attachApplication(mAppThread, startSeq); -- from ActivityThread
