This ServiceAgreement constitutes a prerequisite for you (whether an individual or acompany) to use the Professional Edition membership services provided by thePrivacy Album, and you are not authorized to use the Services of this Agreementunless you accept the terms of this Agreement. Your use will be deemed to beagreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

5. Rights and restrictions of professionalmembers

6. Changes to the agreement

7. Interruption and termination of services
