题目：One way to solve the problem of parking in inner city areas is to have a large car parks around the citycentury and a public transport network take people around the inner city, innercity parking would then be limited and very expensive. What are the advantagesand disadvantages of this approach to urban planning?

With the development of cities, the number of urban vehicles is increasing. As a result, Car Parks are in short supply , One method to solve this problem is to build large car parks around city centre and a public transport network to take people around the inner city,There are two sides to everything. Let's discuss the advantages and disadvantages of building a downtown parking system.

Effective transportation network and reasonably designed parking bring convenience to people. Moreover, large car parks around the citycentury and perfect transportation not only can save people in the city center for a long time to find a parking space, but also an orderly urban transport system can disperse traffic and reduce urban stress. Furthermore, Stand the urban development perspective, reasonable and efficient traffic control the city's economy will be good driven , a good public transport network also supply to convenient transportation of goods and steady construction of economy.

On the other hand ,The citycentury parks has a great location and offers convenience at the same time brought trouble to people, a large number of car exhaust emissions will cause air pollution. Because of the emission of automobile exhaust, the temperature in the city center is getting higher and higher, Not only the citycentury air quality get poor, but also will not conducive to air circulation. However, building effective and have a stable quality urban transportation system will not be completed overnight ,especially buid in urban centre is not easy thing. What’s more, build road in the city center will affect the normal out of people. And downtown space is tight, there are so many buildings, it's also difficult to build transportation system.(281字）
