结合Http原理解读OkHttp库
当前android最流行的网络请求最火的框架应该就属OkHttp。而且也被google官方收录到android系统中,当做底层的网络请求库了。本文尝试从Http原理的角度来解读下OkHttp是如何实现的。

简单总结来看:
- 1、创建OkHttpClient对象
- 2、拼接请求信息new Request.Builder()
- 3、发送请求client.newCall(request).execute()并解析返回结果
但是要结合之前Http原理注意下GET和POST拼接请求时的用法有些区别的。

第一部分:OkHttp网络请求流程分析
通过上面的例子可以看出,OkHttpClient 和 Request都是配置和管理整个网络请求的,真正的请求开始是从client.newCall(request).execute()开始的。
(1)、创建一个client.newCall(request),但其实真正new出来的对象是Call的子类RealCall对象

这里简单说明下两个需要注意的地方
- 1、forWebSocket :代表当前请求是否是给WebSocket来用的,默认设置不支持。WebSocket也是一种交互协议,特点是服务端是可以主动给客户端发消息的。可以看看这篇文章理解下:看完让你彻底搞懂Websocket原理
- 2、retryAndFollowUpInterceptor:是OkHttp默认的第一个拦截器,用于处理请求错误重试和重定向的。后面会讲解
(2)、发送异步请求RealCall.enqueue(Callback) 或者 同步请求RealCall.execute()

这两段代码前面是很相似的,都是将Call添加到client.dispatcher().enqueue()里。差异在于new RealCall.AsyncCall(responseCallback),这里做了什么呢?其实这里继承NamedRunnable 创建了一个线程去做异步请求了。先看看源码实现:

(3)、Dispatcher 请求任务调度器
在刚才的分析中,发现请求的开始都会调用client.dispatcher().executed() 和 请求的结束client.dispatcher().finished()。思考下,那这个dispatcher()在扮演什么角色呢?

先看看,同步请求时,Dispatcher 做了什么?其实就仅仅是将当期的同步请求做了一个队列的管理而已。

总结的来说,Dispatcher 就是个请求任务调度器,其实准确的来说主要是做异步请求线程管理的,管理多个网络请求。
(4)、获取响应信息getResponseWithInterceptorChain()
其实从刚才的分析,到getResponseWithInterceptorChain()获得请求返回信息,整体的网络请求流程就分析完毕了。
但是,分析完也没有发现有涉及到Http原理的内容呀。你是不是又吹牛啦。请看第二部分内容

通过简单分析OkHttpClient ,发现OkHttp可配置的东西很多,涉及到的知识点也很复杂。结合前文解析的原理分析发现,OkHttp底层实现了网络请求的线程调度,域名解析,缓存机制,证书校验,Socket连接等功能。而对应各个功能点的实现又是由不同的拦截器实现的。
(2)、OkHttp 拦截器 (最核心部分)
回头看看之前分析,最终分析到getResponseWithInterceptorChain获取到返回的信息就结束了。但是这里面到底发生了什么事呢?

通过上面的代码简单注释,发现这个代码其实很简单,分三个部分,但是理解起来可不简单,而且每一个拦截器里面做的核心逻辑也不简单,请看下面的分析。

OkHttp通过定义很多拦截器一步一步地对Request进行拦截处理,直到真正地发起请求,并获取数据,然后有一步一步地对Response进行拦截处理,最后拦截的结果就是回调的最终Response。
好了,整体拦截器结构就分析到这里,后面分解动作,详细解析下OkHttp默认定义的拦截器都做了什么事。

总结来说:
- 1、没有前置动作,直接推动下一个拦截器获取结果,如果下一个拦截器请求异常,直接continue重试
- 2、针对返回的response 做后置动作,根据状态码处理获取新的Request,如果为状态码200或其他特殊情况直接返回response ,如果是其他就继续重试。
- 3、重试的次数做多为20次。

讲解后面两个拦截器之前,这里插播一些知识点方便理解。
keep-alive机制
在HTTP/1.0 之前正常发送一个请求都需要经过三次握手建立一个TCP连接,然后进行数据交互,最后再经过四次握手释放连接。但是在复杂的网络请求中,重复的创建和释放连接极大地影响了网络效率,同时也增加了系统开销。为了有效地解决这一问题,HTTP/1.1提出了Keep-Alive机制:当一个HTTP请求的数据传输结束后,TCP连接不立即释放,有一段存活时间,如果此时有新的HTTP请求,则可以直接复用TCP连接,从而省去了TCP的释放和再次创建的开销,减少了网络延时。http 1.0中默认是关闭的,需要在http头加入"Connection: Keep-Alive",才能启用Keep-Alive;http 1.1中默认启用Keep-Alive,如果加入"Connection: close ",才关闭。
管道机制(pipelining)
额外补充下,在HTTP/1.1的时候还引入了一个概念叫管道机制(pipelining),即在同一个TCP连接里面,客户端可以同时发送多个请求,只是服务端响应是按顺序来响应数据。举例来说,客户端需要请求两个资源。以前的做法是,在同一个TCP连接里面,先发送A请求,然后等待服务器做出回应,收到后再发出B请求。管道机制则是允许浏览器同时发出A请求和B请求,但是服务器还是按照顺序,先回应A请求,完成后再回应B请求。
总结下两者的区别,下面通过图来加深下keep-alive机制 和 管道机制的理解:
当未开启时,每次请求都需要建立TCP和关闭TCP,而开启之后,只需要开启和关闭一次就好了。
有了pipelining的支持后,就可以一次性发送多次请求,而不需要一次一次的发送了。
总结来说就是,Keep-Alive可以让一个tcp连接保持不关闭,但是每次的请求都必须在上一次响应之后,是为了解决每次http请求都要求建立和释放的过程;pipelining是为了解决每次http请求必须一次请求一次响应(但是注意这里的隐形条件就是tcp是处于连接状态的)。
但是管道机制有自身的很多限制,默认都是关闭的。参考:HTTP管线化
多路复用机制
通过上述概念理解,可以发现在http1.1中更多的解决了请求连接的问题,但是数据的传输和交互还是按顺序的发送和响应。那这个传输数据的过程是否可以优化呢?
举个例子:客户端要向服务器发送Hello、World两个单词,只能是先发送Hello再发送World,没办法同时发送这两个单词。不然服务器收到的可能就是HWeolrllod(注意是穿插着发过去了,但是顺序还是不会乱)。这样服务器就懵b了,“发的这是啥玩意我不认识”。
假设一个场景:在同一个TCP连接里面,客户端给服务端发送一个请求,但是数据不是按顺序的来发送过去,服务端能不能正确的解析出来呢?答案是肯定的,发送数据时只要给每个数据打上顺序标签,服务端接收后按顺序拼接就可以了。同样的,服务端给客户端发送数据也可以类似的。
基于上述的结果再假设一个场景:在同一个TCP连接里面,客户端给服务端发送多个请求,多个请求同时发送的多个数据,而数据也不是按顺序的来发送过去,服务端能不能正确的解析出来呢?答案也是肯定的。只要给每一个请求打上标签,比如请求1标记位A,发送的数据包分a_1、a_2、...、a_n。然后服务端就根据标签就知道数哪个请求发送了并及时响应对应的数据。
而Http2.0的就是基于这样场景引入二进制数据帧和流的概念,其中帧对数据进行顺序标识。进而基于这样的概念就可以实现多路复用,进而实现请求的并发处理。

总结来说:整个请求的发送和数据响应都是通过HttpCodec 对象完成。而HttpCodec 实际上利用的是 Okio本质还是通过Socket完成请求。
