@御风_2fd9 根据S的说法就是一边听一边概括。具体操作的话，就是在听一句话的时候，去把这句话和上一秒听到的和接下来要听到的话结合起来理解，找出其要表达的意思，它在文中起到的作用，这样一来，注意力自然就集中了。我是这么理解的。建议复习一下S的文章「027 重构的作用：听力中的深度语义理解」
